Delhivery's ORM Success- Managing Digital Reputation

We engaged in a six-month Online Reputation Management (ORM) project with Delhivery, targeting 30 keywords and search phrases to improve and maintain the company's digital reputation. The initiative involved neutralizing negative content, reinforcing positive brand perception, and generating favorable feedback across key review platforms.
Campaign Objectives
The primary objective was to enhance Delhivery's online reputation by mitigating negative content and promoting positive sentiment. This involved addressing reputation buster links, increasing positive ratings and feedback, and ensuring a strong, favorable presence across various digital platforms.
Strategy and Execution
Our strategy targeted key keywords and managed content to neutralize over 80 negative links and generate over 1148 positive comments, 5-star ratings, and feedback. We engaged actively on platforms like Complaintboard, Trustpilot, and Quora to improve Delhivery's digital footprint, with consistent monitoring and proactive responses.
Results
The six-month ORM initiative bolstered Delhivery's online reputation by neutralizing over 80 negative links and generating over 1148 positive comments and ratings. This proactive approach significantly enhanced Delhivery's digital standing, demonstrating the importance of reputation management in fostering customer trust and a positive brand image.
